Executive Music Group is formed with the internal structure built to support the need of multiple revenue streams along with label administration, for today’s fast growing, newly popular business, The Indie Label, while also designed to help ensure a sustainable future for the artists of tomorrow.
Appreciating longevity as the ultimate goal of labels and artists alike, Jacob Capricciuolo and Jimmy Swan have created a realistic and flexible template for methodical development and a management service encompassing the ability to fulfill the individual need aspect of the client. As a result, EMG has won the confidence of music acts ranging from platinum selling artists, such as The Katinas, Gospel Billboard Top 10 artist Niyoki, to newly debuted artists such as The Wrecking and The Dirty Heads.
EMG is interpreting artist development to mean not only music, but also TV and Film, EMG clientele has expanded to include reality based celebrities seen on nationally recognized shows such as Survivor and Wife Swap, just to name a few. 2009 will contain a preview of albums released by I Saw You On TV titled, “Reality TV Stars”, “Movie Stars”, TV Shows”, Soap Stars”, Video Game Composers”, and “Comedians”, set to have their full releases scheduled in the near future. Establishing the roster at hand, exemplifies the mission of EMG to be commercial, innovative, and intuitive about the requirements to be met in order to ensure success in every facet of the music industry.
Jacob Capricciuolo, Founder, is equipped with 14 years of experience with labels such as EMI/Capitol Records, Gotee Records, which has embedded priceless knowledge and understanding that spans from behind the scenes label management, hands on producing, and artist development, to the intricacy of distribution with Universal Music Group Distribution.
Jimmy Swan, Partner, contributes 14 years of industry experience, which includes his entrepreneurial groundbreaking and successful companies: Jimmy Swan Productions and FamousMerch.com [Rupert Boneham (Survivor/CBS)]. Continuing on his path of aggressive and innovative thinking, the relevant and timeless brand “I Saw You On TV” was created in early 2007 which highlights TV, Film, & Media Stars.
